The Yoga Education is based on four aspects – Bhavas or attitudes: Dharma (Duty and Discipline), Jnana (Knowledge), Vairagya (Detachment) and Aishvarya (Self-realization).

Main goals. The scientific master-system of Yoga in Daily Life teaches how to achieve good health, inner peace and harmony by using Yoga, meditation and spiritual development. Its main goals are: Physical Health.

Yoga has a diverse range of things that it can offer. It could be said that a primary goal of yoga is to gain balance and control in one’s life. To free one from confusion and distress. To provide a sense of calm that comes from the practice of yogic exercises and the practice of breath control.
