Naturopathy: Introduction to naturopathy, five element of nature, dangerous of naturopathy, health in common mans view, health according to naturopathy, principle of nature care, body heals, main cause of disease in enervation, causes of enervation, type of waste matter that need to be eliminated, natural life style, mechanism of toxin in elimination from the body, nature cure methods for restoration, tips of healthy living.
Basic of Yoga Therapy: Latest development & trends in yoga, impact of yoga at global scenario, yogic physiology, types of yoga therapy, yoga poses, hath yoga, philosophy of hath yoga.
Nature cure and Social Work: Principle & Practice nature cure, Nature cure & Natural methods for treatment, therapeutic baths, healing power of color, health through nutrition, disease and their natural treatment, women’s problem, other disease.
