Contemporary Yoga;  Surya namaskara, benefits of surya namaskara, suryanamaskara asana, ashtanga namaskara,            ashwanchalanasana, parvatasana, bhujangasana, Effects of each surya namaskara asan on our  body importance of correct  breathing(pranayama) while doing surya namaskara, mantra during surya namaskara, relation of shatchakra with surya namaskara.

 Pranayam and Hath Yoga; Pranayam-yogic technique and sadhana, scriptural reference about pranayama, for aspects of pranayama, breathe- health- lifestyle and pranayama, pranayama and quantity of life , nadi shodhana pranayama, hatha yog, philosophy of hatha yog, history of hath yog, chakras,         effects and benefits of hatha yog.

Dhyan and Mudra: Etymology and definitions  of dhyana, dhyana yoga, types of meditation,importance and benefits of dhyana, classification of mudras, practice of dhyana/meditation, contemporary trends of meditation, etymology and definitions  of  mudra,panchamahabhuta and yogamudra

Various Asans: Preparations and precautions before yogic practices, practices leg joints,practices of neck movements, practices eyes, practices of surya-namaskar, the method  of surya namaskar, benefits surya namaskar.

Yogic Practice; History  of yoga sutra, eight steps  of asthanga  yoga  or patanjali yoga,niyama , pranayama, importance of patanjali yoga in health and wellness,panchakosha,yogic practice which are in practical use, shat karma, bandha,relaxation yoga nidra, meditation,the practice of yoga nidra.
