Yoga Asanas (Postures): Classification of Asanas (Standing, Sitting, Twists, Backbends, Inversions), Asana techniques: How to perform and teach basic asanas, Alignment, breath, and adjustments during asanas, Understanding the benefits and contraindications of each asana.
Pranayama (Breathing Techniques): Introduction to Pranayama and its importance, Various Pranayama techniques (Ujjayi, Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika), The relationship between breath and energy (Prana), Learning to guide students through pranayama practices.
