Community Nutrition: Introduction, objectives, food and nutritional problems in the community, nutrition and infection, common nutritional problems, nutrition invention programmes, evaluation of nutrition education programmes.

Pharmacopeia Drugs of Plant Origin: Introduction, microbiological assay of antibiotics, immunochemical methods, identification of phenothiazines, related substances in phenothiazines.

Fundamentals of Nutrition & Food Science: Foods, nutrition and health, carbohydrates, proteins and amino acids, water-soluble vitamins, nutrition for fitness, athletics and sports, meal planning for the family, food sanitation and hygiene, principles of diet therapy and therapeutic nutrition.
