Eligibility: 10th (High School) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Meditation, Yoga, and Tantra is designed for yoga practitioners, wellness seekers, spiritual aspirants, and holistic therapists. It offers a structured approach to inner transformation by blending mindful meditation, classical yoga, and authentic Tantric principles, based on ancient Indian spiritual systems.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Foundations of Yoga, Meditation, and Tantra: Introduction to yoga, meditation, and tantra, Historical roots and evolution, Major yogic and tantric texts overview, Understanding consciousness and energy, Role of self-discipline (Yama and Niyama), Panchakosha (five sheaths of existence), Concept of Shakti and Shiva, Relationship between mind, body, and soul, Ethics and responsibilities of a practitioner, Myths and facts about tantra.
Module 2: Yogic Practices for Inner Awakening: Hatha yoga and its importance in tantra, Shatkarma (six purification techniques), Introduction to asanas for energy alignment, Importance of Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mudras and Bandhas in energy control, Awakening the Kundalini, Yogic diet and sattvic lifestyle, Surya Namaskar and chakra activation, Yoga Nidra and guided visualization, Sequence design for spiritual growth.
Module 3: Meditation Techniques and Practices: Definition and stages of meditation (Dhyana), Silent and guided meditation techniques, Breath awareness and mindfulness meditation, Trataka (candle gazing) and Dharana, Mantra meditation (Japa Yoga), Sound and vibration meditation (Nada Yoga), Chakra meditation and inner visualization, Meditative posture and mental preparation, Overcoming distraction and mental restlessness, Daily meditation routine planning.
