Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end loan processing lifecycle, from initial application to final approval and disbursement. Participants will learn to accurately collect and verify a borrower’s financial information, including credit reports, income documentation, and asset statements. The curriculum focuses on building expertise in evaluating loan applications for compliance with regulatory standards and internal lending policies.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Loan Processing Introduction to the loan industry and its types, Role of a loan processor, Understanding loan applications and forms, Customer data collection and verification, Legal and ethical considerations in lending, Overview of credit bureaus and credit reports, Document management and organization, Communication skills for interacting with applicants, Privacy and data security regulations, Introduction to loan origination systems (LOS).
Module 2: Credit Analysis & Financial Document Verification Analyzing credit reports, Identifying red flags and inconsistencies in credit history, Understanding debt-to-income (DTI) ratios, Income verification using pay stubs and tax returns, Bank statement analysis for asset and cash flow verification, Identifying fraudulent financial documents, Employment verification procedures, Verifying collateral and assets, Reviewing financial statements of businesses, Calculating borrower eligibility based on financial data.
Module 3: Underwriting & Compliance Introduction to loan underwriting, Underwriting guidelines and criteria, Compliance with federal and state lending laws (e.g., Fair Housing Act), Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, Fraud detection and prevention techniques, Preparing a loan file for underwriting, Responding to underwriter conditions, Quality control and post-closing review, Loan approval and denial procedures.

Module 5: Loan Closing & Post-Closing Preparing loan closing documents, Coordinating with title companies and attorneys, Reviewing the closing disclosure (CD), Funding the loan, Post-closing documentation and file review, Servicing and managing the loan portfolio, Escrow management, Lien perfection and release, Handling loan payoffs, Basic collections procedures.
