Fundamentals of Visual Merchandising: Introduction to retail, world of visual merchandising, the basics of visual merchandising, merchandise presentation, dominance factor in merchandise presentation, quality and process in visual merchandising.
Color Psychology: Introduction, color theory, color schemes, meaning of color, colors and emotions, visual hierarchy, UI color psychology map.
Elements of Principles and Design: Principles of design, color and lighting, color rules that can improve displays, props fixtures and signage, errors commonly occurring in display.
Visual Communication: Communication, basic concepts of communication, types and forms of communication, visual communication, principles of design, graphic design.
Consumer Behavior: Consumer behavior and marketing action, consumer decision making process, consumer behavior models, family influences & decision making, consumer learning, the global consumer behavior and on-line buying behavior.
Vendor Management: Vendor processing roles and responsibilities, vendor management process, request and create vendors, vendor creation process, nature of transaction, requesting a new supplier, validating vendor information in on base, vendor records in ARC, vendor location, identifying vendors for a transaction, request updates to existing vendors.
