Objective: The objective of the Certificate in Insurance Agent & Claims Advisor course is to train individuals in the principles and practices of the insurance industry, covering both life and general insurance. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, risk assessment, premium calculation, policy documentation, and regulatory guidelines. How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 2: IRDAI Rules and Licensing Process: IRDAI functions and regulations, Eligibility criteria for agents, Licensing procedure and exam, Code of conduct for agents, Renewal and cancellation of license, Ethics and compliance, Commission structure and benefits, Obligations of insurance agents, Anti-money laundering provisions, Recordkeeping and documentation.
