Perspectives of Women Empowerment: Introduction, concept of women’s empowerment, women’s rights, health conditions, importance of women’s education, equality of opportunities and equity, women in decision making, education: literacy and gender bias.
Strategic approaches for Women Empowerment: Introduction, women’s empowerment and gender equality, women’s rights as human rights, the role of women in conflict and post-conflict situations, improve maternal health, women in power and decision- making.
Programme and techniques of Women Empowerment: Introduction, women and the economy, women and the law, socio economic and cultural interventions for vulnerable groups, social empowerment, political empowerment, institutional mechanisms, schemes of the ministry of women and child development.
Women and Development: Introduction, women and development in India, family planning and reproductive health, women’s labor force participation, women’s empowerment: definition and related studies, scheduled castes and tribes.
Credit and Finance: The role of finance in an organization, importance of data and technology, relationship between shareholders and company management, the balance sheet, liquidity ratios, the costs of debt and equity capital, the importance of risk management.
Organisation and Leadership: Introduction, indicators of leadership effectiveness, leadership behavior, decision making and empowerment by leaders, values-based and ethical leadership.
