Income Tax: Rates of tax, surcharge on income-tax, health and education cess, method of tax calculation, tax deduction at source, deposit of tax deducted, mode of payment of TDS.
Advanced Auditing: Introduction to auditing, internal control, evaluation of internal control system, internal and external audit, audit sampling, special features of audit, tax and cost audit.
Business Tax Assessment & Planning: Tax planning, objectives of tax planning, methods of tax planning, tax planning in respect of employees’ remuneration, dividend policy.
Ratio Analysis and Interpretation: Introduction, accounting ratios, interpretation through ratios, classification of accounting ratios.
