Personality development and leadership skills: Introduction, laws of personality development, control your negative emotions, different layers of personality, influence of thought, the power of concentration, develop the sense of equality.
Verbal and non-Verbal Communication: Principles and functions of nonverbal communication, types of nonverbal communication, nonverbal communication competence, nonverbal communication in context.
Teamwork and Speaking Skills: Introduction: developing team wisdom for personal success, understanding hierarchies and teams, to take full advantage of team wisdom you must change your habits of mind, accept accountability for deliverables and take responsibility for relationships, responsibility without authority, conversation three: establishing behavioural ground rules.
