Elements of Child Development: Concept nature and importance of child psychology, principles of development, prenatal development, baby care and childhood problems, physical and motor development, physical and motor development, emotional development, social development, development of intelligence, personality development.
Management of Pre School: The foundations of montessori education, methods and areas of montessori teaching, planning and organization of crèche /pre schools and montessori schools, human resource management, fiscal management &budgeting.
