Principles of Integration: Tenets, realities, dynamic processes to maintain context, nodes integrate services, enterprise discovery service, enterprise messaging service, ecosystem of data, integrated services, data warehouse-time -based analytics.
IMS Auditing: Integrated management system structure and controls, documentation & records, management & leadership, planning, resources, emergency preparedness and response, purchasing, performance evaluation, improvement.
Designing and Implementing an IMS: Scope of IMS project, Need of project IMS, quality management system, integrated management system, database manager enhancements, system enhancements, identification of IMS hazards, estimation of IMS hazards by risk assessment methods, IMS risk communication.
Quality Management Systems (QMS): Introduction, integration, quality management system, management responsibility, internal communication, human resources, competence, awareness and training, measurement analysis and improvement.
