Objective: The detailed objective of this program is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the housing sector, covering key areas from policy to practice. The curriculum is designed to impart skills in legal compliance, including landlord-tenant law and health and safety regulations. Students will master financial management principles such as budgeting, rent collection, and arrears management.

Duration: Six Months.
