Introduction to Web Design: Internet terminology, web server and protocols, html tags, designing html table, designing html forms, cascading style sheet, effects of cascading style sheet, functions and dialog of java script, event , method and properties of java script.
User experience Design: Introduction to user experience (UX) design, the 7 factors that influence user experience, how to conduct user interviews, 7 great, tried and tested UX research techniques, mobile web UX design: some simple guidelines, information visualization.
Human Computer Interaction: Introduction, types of HCI research contributions, types of behavioral research, preparing data for statistical analysis, data analysis.
Integrated Design Research: Personal experiences, searching computerized databases, writing strategies and ethical considerations, collecting the data, data analysis.
Sustainable Product Design: Introduction, addressing sustainability by design, green design and product ecodesign, emotionally durable design, design for sustainable behavior, cradle- to- cradle design, biomimicry design, product– service system design for sustainability, design for social innovation, systemic design.
