Eligibility: 10th Grade (high school) or Equivalent.
Duration: Two Month.
Objective: The Certificate in Civil Draughtsman course is designed to equip learners with specialized skills in preparing technical drawings and plans used in the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. The course aims to develop proficiency in both manual and computer-aided drafting (CAD) to meet the industry standards of the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Introduction to Civil Draughting: Fundamentals of civil engineering drawing, Importance of civil draughtsman in construction, Basic tools and equipment in draughting, Drawing standards and conventions, Types of lines and their applications, Lettering and dimensioning techniques, Introduction to scales and measurements, Types of drawings (architectural, structural, MEP), Symbols and abbreviations used in civil drawings, Understanding blueprint reading.
Engineering Graphics and Geometrical Construction: Basics of engineering graphics, Principles of orthographic projections, Isometric and oblique projections, Sectional views and their importance, Construction of geometric figures, Development of surfaces, Perspective drawing techniques, Freehand sketching of civil structures, Graphical representation of materials, Understanding site plans and elevations.
Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) in Civil Engineering: Introduction to AutoCAD for civil drafting, Setting up a drawing in CAD, Coordinate system and drawing tools, Modifying and editing commands, Layers and line types in CAD, Dimensioning and text annotations, Block creation and attributes, Printing and plotting techniques, Importing and exporting CAD files, Introduction to Building Information Modeling (BIM).
