Law and Justice in a Globalized World: Introduction, enforcement of payment of restitution in criminal proceeding as the base for filing of tort charges, abuse of substance restorative justice and diversion, electronic identity management in ensuring national cyber security and resilience: legal aspects of online identity and its secured transaction.
Research Methods and Legal Writing: Introduction, types of research, research methods and research methodology, scope and relevance of legal research, current trends in legal research, doctrinal legal research.
Crime and Investigation in ICT Era: Introduction, meaning of cyber crime, classifications of cyber crimes, causes cyber crime, information technology act,2000: a beginning, criminal liabilities under information technology act, 2000, cyber crimes under ipc and special laws, cyber crimes under the special acts.
