Indian Institute of Skill Development Training has been working on the concept of Open and distance learning (ODL) refers to educational systems and practices that allow students to access educational materials and resources remotely and to complete coursework at their own pace, without the need for regular, on-campus attendance. In the 21st century, ODL has become increasingly popular as advances in technology have made it easier for students to access educational materials online, communicate with their instructors and classmates, and complete assignments and assessments remotely.
