Financial Accounting: Generally accepted accounting principles, accounting standards, financial accounting, journal and ledger, the double entry system, trial balance, cash flow statement, financial ratios, annual report, balance sheet, fixed assets, inventory valuation, corporate disclosure, preparation of financial statements, revenue from sale, cost of goods sold.
Taxation in Tally: Introduction to income tax, basis of charge of income tax, taxability of interest, taxability of royalty, taxability of fees for technical services, taxability of dividend, taxability of perquisites.
Goods and Service Tax: Central tax, state tax, service tax, vat/cst tax, excise tax, customs tax, Register of goods produced, purchase register, sales register, stock register, output tax liability.
Tax Deduction at Source: Introduction to TDS, TDS Provisions applicable to non salary, Provisions enjoining deduction of tax at source, depositions of tax and credit of TDS, duties of person deducting tax at source and right of tax payers, non-deduction and lower deduction of tax at source, penalties and prosecution, e-TDS quarterly statements of TDS.
