Advanced yoga sessions: Introduction, personality development through yoga, yoga for stress management, importance of yoga, yognidra, meditation yoga for healthy living.

Conduct the hatha yoga sessions: Objectives, hatha Yog, philosophy of hatha Yog, importance of Nadis and chakras, effects and benefits of hatha Yog, history of hath Yog.

Professional manner: Development of physical fitness, obesity, nature and diet, yoga and mudra, injury management, modern technology-activism, career opportunities in sports.

Methods of communication: Objectives, meaning and importance of physical education, historical development of physical education, historical development of Yog, need and importance of Yog.
