Foundations of Physical Education: Objectives, meaning of physical exercise, physical exercise for children, physical exercise for older adults, physical exercise for women, physical exercise for children with special needs.
Yoga Education: Objectives, asana, practice of surya- namaskar, classification of asana, hatha yog, importance of nadis and chakras, effects and benefits of hatha yog, meaning of mudra, types of mudra, meaning of bandha.
Health Education & Environmental Studies: Objectives. Meaning and concept of health, dimensions of health, principles of health in day to day life, factors influencing health, yogic concepts of health.
