Human Body: Introduction, dynamics of breathing, yoga and the spine, understanding the asanas, standing poses, sitting poses, kneeling poses, supine poses, arm support poses.

Types of yoga and Yoga Therapy: Pomdering freely, yoga therapy and the koshas, yogic processes for therapeutic purposes, yoga practices for heart disease, yoga practices for hypertension, yoga for diabetes, yoga in the treatment of asthma, yoga for arthiritis, yoga for thyroid disorders.

Living Meditation: Introduction, meditation is a way of life, the joy and benefits of meditations, the source of love and devotion, the practice of meditation.

Types of meditation: The meaning and method of meditation, impediments in meditation, spiritual experiences, the groundwork of self-knowledge, the problem of self-alienation, the method of self-integration.

Impact of mindfulness on physical activity: Sitting meditation, lying-down meditation, loving kindness meditation, in the spirit of mindfulness.
