Responsibilities of a Life Coach: Self- coaching, benefits of setting goals, work-life balance, developing a positive mental attitude, time management, taking good care of yourself.

Goal Setting: Potential obstacles to reaching your goals, assertive behavior, changing people’s behavior, eleven strategies to optimize reaching your, time management.

Integrity and Responsibility: Types and human values, integrity, purpose of yoga, variety of moral issues, factors influencing the moral concern, types of well-being, conceptual difficulties in risk- benefit analysis, ethical implications on risk-benefits analysis.

Leadership Training: Introduction, the 10 keys to workplace excellence, being the leader who makes a difference, step recovery from stupid behaviors, cool stuff- continuous improvement and innovation, great leaders keep people uncomfortable, personally change first.

Procrastination: Concentrate on your breathing, relax your muscles, relax through visualization, five finger relaxation technique.
