Consumer Decision Making: Introduction, research objectives, consumer decision making in the hospitality sector, past purchase behaviour: the key role of internal information, methodology, managerial implications.
Consumer perceptions: Introduction, advantages of online shopping, disadvantages of online shopping, objectives, literature review.
Advertising: Introduction, objective of advertisement, importance of advertising, types/forms of media advertising, functions of advertising agency, methods of advertising budget allocation, effects of advertising on society, advertising campaign of types/basis.
