Eligibility: 10th Grade (High school) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Animation Basics + Video Editing + Script Writing is designed to provide learners with creative and technical expertise required in the media and entertainment industry. The course covers fundamentals of 2D/3D animation, character design, motion graphics, and video editing techniques using industry-standard tools.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

History and evolution of animation, Principles of animation (timing, squash & stretch, anticipation), Types of animation (2D, 3D, stop motion, motion graphics), Animation pipeline overview, Understanding keyframes and in-betweens, Character design basics, Storyboarding for animation, Animation software overview (Blender, After Effects, Toon Boom), Simple animation exercises, Case studies of popular animations.
Module 2: Animation Techniques & Practices
Drawing and sketching fundamentals, Creating movement and expressions, Background design and layout, Lip-sync and dialogue animation, Frame rate and timing control, Simple character rigging, Special effects in animation, Sound synchronization with animation, Animating short clips, Project – create a short animated scene.
Module 3: Script Writing for Media
Elements of a good script, Writing for animation vs. live-action, Structure of a story (beginning, conflict, climax, resolution), Character development and dialogue writing, Writing scripts for short films and ads, Formatting a script, Writing for visual storytelling, Script analysis and breakdown, Pitching ideas to producers/clients, Practical script writing exercises.
Module 4: Video Editing Fundamentals
Introduction to video editing, Editing software overview (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora), Importing and organizing footage, Cutting, trimming, and sequencing, Transitions and effects, Adding titles and text overlays, Working with sound and music, Color correction and grading basics, Exporting in different formats, Hands-on editing project.
Module 5: Advanced Video & Audio Integration
Motion graphics in video, Green screen and chroma keying, Syncing audio and video, Voice-over recording and editing, Background music selection, Sound effects and ambience, Subtitles and closed captions, Advanced transitions, Creating trailers and teasers, Project – edit a complete short video with sound and effects.
