Objective: The Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Trainer course is designed to equip yoga professionals with the knowledge, sensitivity, and practical tools to safely guide individuals affected by trauma through supportive and healing yoga practices. The course integrates principles of trauma psychology, neuroscience, and yogic wisdom to create a compassionate and empowering approach to teaching.
