Objective: The objective of the Certified Tourism Management Professional course is to prepare candidates for successful careers in the tourism and travel industry by providing a comprehensive understanding of tourism planning, marketing, operations, and customer service. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights into travel agency management, tour operations, destination promotion, and sustainable tourism practices.
