Objective: The Certified Sports Performance Yoga Coach course is designed to provide participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills to apply yoga principles specifically for enhancing athletic performance. This program covers anatomy, biomechanics, sports-specific yoga techniques, breath control, injury prevention, and recovery strategies tailored for athletes across various sports disciplines. 

Duration: Three Month.

🎓 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
