Objective: The Certified Project Logistics Manager course is designed to equip participants with specialized knowledge and practical skills required to manage logistics operations in project-based environments such as construction, oil & gas, energy, mining, and infrastructure development. The course covers project logistics planning, multimodal transportation, heavy-lift and oversized cargo handling, route surveys, customs clearance, warehouse coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Project Logistics Management: Introduction to project logistics and its role in large-scale operations, Differences between standard logistics and project-based logistics, Life cycle of a logistics project: planning to closeout, Types of projects requiring specialized logistics (energy, construction, mining), Stakeholder management and communication planning, Key competencies of a Project Logistics Manager.
Module 2: Project Planning, Budgeting, and Scheduling: Project scope definition and logistics requirement analysis, Developing logistics budgets and cost estimation techniques, Creating logistics timelines aligned with project milestones, Resource allocation and critical path method (CPM) application, Risk assessment and mitigation planning in logistics schedules, Integration of logistics with overall project management frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2).
Module 3: Transportation and Heavy Cargo Handling: Selection of transportation modes for oversized and critical cargo, Route surveys, transport permits, and load configuration planning, Specialized equipment for heavy lifting and abnormal load movement, Coordination with carriers, customs, port, and local authorities, Real-time tracking systems and secure handling practices, Safety, compliance, and contingency planning for transportation.
Module 4: Site Logistics, Warehousing, and Material Coordination: On-site logistics setup and layout design for large projects, Warehousing: location, design, temporary vs permanent storage, Inbound and outbound coordination of construction or equipment materials, Inventory tracking tools and material flow management, Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery and supply synchronization, Coordination with procurement, engineering, and installation teams
Module 5: Contracting, Compliance, and Vendor Management: Logistics contract types: lump sum, time charter, turnkey, third-party, Compliance with international standards (INCOTERMS, HSE, ISO), Selection and evaluation of freight forwarders and logistics providers, Managing documentation: shipping instructions, packing lists, BoL, SLA management and performance metrics for logistics vendors, Handling claims, damages, and dispute resolution.
Module 6: Digital Tools, Reporting, and Project Closure: Use of project management software (MS Project, Primavera) for logistics, ERP, WMS, and TMS integration in project logistics workflows, Dashboards and reporting tools for logistics performance monitoring, Post-project analysis: cost control, delivery success, and delays, Lessons learned and documentation of best practices, Project closure checklist and handover of logistics deliverables.
