Course Id: CPT/Q0001.

Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.

Objective: The objective of the Certified Panchakarma Technician course is to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of Ayurveda’s detoxification and rejuvenation branch—Panchakarma. The course aims to develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge in classical Ayurvedic therapies, enabling students to assist Ayurvedic physicians in administering Panchakarma procedures. 

Duration: Three Month.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 3: Panchakarma Procedures – Purva Karma (Preparatory Measures): Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage),Swedana (fomentation/sudation techniques),Types of Snehana (internal and external oleation),Types and benefits of Swedana,Yoga and lifestyle before Panchakarma,Dietary guidelines before main therapies.

Module 4: Panchakarma Procedures – Pradhana Karma (Main Therapies): Vamana (therapeutic emesis),Virechana (therapeutic purgation),Basti (medicated enema),Nasya (nasal administration),Raktamokshana (bloodletting),Indications, contraindications, and procedure steps.

Module 5: Panchakarma Procedures – Paschat Karma (Post-Therapy Regimen): Samsarjana Krama (post-detox diet plan),Rest and rejuvenation protocols,Herbal and Rasayana support,Gradual reintroduction of routine activities,Follow-up and lifestyle guidance,Monitoring patient response and progress.
