Objective: The Certified Organizational Development (OD) Specialist course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to improve organizational effectiveness and facilitate sustainable change. Participants learn about organizational behavior, change management, talent development, performance management, team dynamics, and strategic planning.

Duration: Three Month.

• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
