Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Value Stream Mapping and Process Analysis: Creating Current and Future State Value Stream Maps, Identifying Value-Adding and Non-Value-Adding Activities, Bottleneck and Constraint Analysis in Material Flow, Takt Time, Lead Time, and Cycle Time Analysis, Logistics Flow Optimization Techniques, Mapping Tools and Templates for Continuous Improvement.
Module 3: Lean Tools and Techniques in Logistics: Application of 5S for Workplace Organization, Kanban Systems for Inventory Control and Replenishment, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Practices, Standard Work in Warehousing and Transportation, Visual Management and Error-Proofing (Poka-Yoke), Pull Systems and Just-In-Time (JIT) Logistics.
