How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Principles of Yoga: Objectives, definition of yoga, classical concept of yoga, history and origin of yoga, origin and development of yoga, different paths of yoga, yogic physiology-panchakosha, nadi and chakra, importance & benefits of yoga.
Pranayam and hath yoga: Objectives, pranayama- yogic technique and sadhana, scriptural reference about pranayama, four aspects of pranayama, types of pranayama.
Contemporary Yoga: Preparation, suryanamaskar asana, effects of each surya namaskara asana on our body, importance of correct breathing (Pranayama) while doing surya namaskara, mantra during surya namaskara, benefits of surya namaskara, precautions in surya namaskara.
Dhyan and Mudra: Etymology and definition of dhyana, types of meditation, importance and benefits of dhyana, etymology and definition of mudra, importance & benefits of mudra.
Asanas: Objectives, asana, practice of leg joints, practice of hand joints, practice of neck movements, practice of eyes, practice of surya- namaskar, benefits of surya – namaskar, classification of asanas.
