Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective:The Certificate in Yoga Teacher Training is designed to provide a strong foundation in yogic philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and personal discipline. The course equips learners with a deep understanding of yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and the ethical responsibilities of a yoga instructor.
Duration: Three Months.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Syllabus:
Module 1: Foundations of Yoga and Philosophy: Definition and meaning of Yoga, History and origin of Yoga, Different paths of Yoga (Raja, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana), Introduction to Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Concept of Pancha Kosha (five sheaths), Eight limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), Role of Yoga in holistic development, Yoga and Indian spiritual traditions, Relevance of Yoga in modern life, Qualities and responsibilities of a Yoga teacher.
Module 2: Human Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga: Introduction to human anatomy, Skeletal and muscular systems, Respiratory system and its role in Pranayama, Circulatory and cardiovascular system, Digestive system and Yogic diet, Nervous system and stress response, Endocrine system and hormonal balance, Benefits of Yoga on body systems, Common injuries and safety in Yoga, Precautions and contraindications in practice.
Module 3: Asanas – Theory and Practice: Definition and classification of Asanas, Standing and balancing postures, Sitting and meditative postures, Forward and backward bending postures, Twisting and core strengthening asanas, Inverted and restorative poses, Benefits and limitations of each posture, Correct alignment and props usage, Modifications for beginners and special populations, Sequencing a balanced Yoga session.
Module 4: Pranayama, Mudras and Bandhas: Meaning and importance of Pranayama, Types of Pranayama (Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Anulom Vilom), Breathing techniques and lung capacity improvement, Introduction to Mudras and their benefits, Types of Mudras (Hasta, Mana, Kaya), Concept and application of Bandhas (Mula, Uddiyana, Jalandhara), Energetic effects of breath control, Step-by-step teaching of Pranayama, Use of breath in Asana and Meditation, Daily Pranayama routine planning.
Module 5: Meditation, Relaxation and Teaching Methodology: Concept and stages of meditation, Techniques of meditation (Mantra, Breath, Visualization), Introduction to Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep), Role of relaxation in stress management, Trataka and other concentration techniques, Teaching methodology and session planning, Class management and student interaction, Use of cues and corrections, Ethics in Yoga teaching, Assessment and feedback methods.
Module 6: Yogic Lifestyle, Diet and Professional Practice: Principles of yogic lifestyle (Yama, Niyama), Sattvic diet and food habits, Importance of daily routines and discipline, Detox and fasting practices, Role of personal practice (Sadhana), Community outreach and social responsibility, Setting up Yoga classes or centers, Legal and safety considerations for teachers, Building a professional teaching portfolio, Continuing education and certifications.
