• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

Module 1: Introduction to Spa & Beauty Industry: Overview of spa and beauty parlour sectors, History and evolution of beauty and wellness services, Roles and responsibilities of spa and beauty professionals, Client expectations and service standards, Career opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry, Ethics and personal grooming in the beauty business, Understanding body image and self-care, Importance of client comfort and satisfaction, Spa and salon industry trends, Hygiene and safety practices.
Module 2: Anatomy, Physiology & Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of human anatomy and skin structure, Understanding skin types and common conditions, Hair structure and scalp analysis, Contraindications in beauty and spa treatments, Basic dermatology for beauticians, Introduction to beauty and spa products, Cosmetic ingredients and their uses, Knowledge of essential oils and natural extracts, Product safety and allergy testing, Client consultation and record keeping.
