Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.

Objective: The Certified Professional HSE Manager course is designed to equip participants with advanced competencies in planning, implementing, and managing HSE programs across industrial, construction, energy, and commercial sectors. The course covers hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, environmental impact analysis, incident investigation, HSE audits, legal compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives. It integrates key international standards and frameworks such as ISO 45001 (OHSMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), OSHA guidelines, and national environmental laws. 

Duration: Three Month.

 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.

 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.

 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.

 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.

 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.

 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.

 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.

 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Online Examination Detail:

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
There is no negative marking in this module.

Module 1: Foundations of HSE Management and Regulatory Framework: Introduction to HSE principles and integrated management systems, Roles and responsibilities of an HSE Manager in various industries, Global and national regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, EPA), Corporate governance and compliance in HSE, Stakeholder engagement and legal liability in HSE matters, Developing and implementing HSE policies and objectives.

Module 2: Risk Management and Hazard Control Strategies: Identifying physical, chemical, biological, and environmental hazards, Conducting hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA, JSA), Applying the hierarchy of controls and implementing risk mitigation, Integrating risk-based thinking into operational planning, Emergency preparedness and response planning, Monitoring and reviewing effectiveness of risk controls.

Module 3: Environmental Management and Sustainability: Overview of environmental aspects and impacts in industrial operations, Waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation, Environmental laws, permits, and reporting requirements, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System elements, Implementing sustainable practices and green initiatives, Environmental performance monitoring and improvement.

Module 4: Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene: Fundamentals of occupational health and industrial hygiene, Monitoring and control of noise, dust, fumes, radiation, and vibration, Workplace ergonomics and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, Health surveillance and wellness programs for employees, Managing chemical safety and hazardous substances (MSDS, GHS), Promoting mental health and psychosocial risk management.

Module 5: HSE Performance Evaluation, Auditing, and Reporting: Planning and conducting HSE internal and external audits, Developing and using HSE checklists, metrics, and KPIs, Identifying nonconformities and managing corrective/preventive actions, Preparing HSE reports for management and regulatory bodies, Continuous improvement through root cause analysis and lessons learned, Integration of HSE audits with business performance reviews.
