Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: The Certificate in Occupational Health Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Management course is designed to prepare individuals for roles in safety management across industries. It covers hazard identification, health risk control, accident prevention, environmental sustainability, and legal compliance, promoting overall occupational well-being and eco-friendly practices.
Duration: Three Months.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to OHSE and Legal Framework: Definition and scope of occupational health and safety, Objectives of OHSE management, Historical background and evolution, Key occupational health hazards, Legal responsibilities of employers and employees, Overview of national and international safety laws, Environmental protection regulations, Introduction to safety management systems, Importance of OHSE culture, Role of OHSE officers.
Module 2: Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Types of workplace hazards (physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic), Hazard identification techniques (HAZID, job safety analysis), Risk matrix and prioritization, Risk assessment procedures, Control hierarchy (Elimination to PPE), Accident causation theories, Near-miss reporting and learning, Workplace inspection methods, Hazard communication and labeling (GHS), Case studies on risk control.
Module 3: Health and Safety Management Systems: Introduction to ISO 45001 standards, Safety policy and objectives, Roles and responsibilities in OH&S systems, OHSE planning and documentation, Emergency preparedness and response, Internal and external audits, Management review process, Continuous improvement cycle, Safety performance indicators (KPIs), Communication and consultation in OHSE.
Module 4: Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene: Workplace health monitoring, Ergonomics and manual handling risks, Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), Industrial hygiene and exposure assessment, Noise, dust, and heat stress control, Health surveillance and medical examinations, Substance abuse policies at workplace, Workplace wellness programs, Indoor air quality management, Mental health and stress management.
Module 5: Fire, Electrical and Environmental Safety: Basics of fire science and prevention, Firefighting equipment and drills, Electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures, Waste management and pollution control, Spill prevention and control, Environmental impact assessment (EIA), Water and air quality monitoring, Energy conservation methods, Safety in handling chemicals and hazardous substances, Green and sustainable workplace practices.
Module 6: Incident Management and Training: Accident investigation and root cause analysis, Incident recording and reporting systems, Emergency response planning and execution, Safety drills and mock scenarios, Behavior-based safety (BBS) programs, Developing a training needs assessment, Designing safety training modules, Induction training for new workers, Contractor safety management, Promoting a proactive safety culture.
