Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Naturopathy Assistant / Therapist course is designed to equip learners with a strong foundation in naturopathic principles and holistic healing methods. The course aims to train individuals in assisting naturopathic doctors and wellness practitioners in delivering treatments such as hydrotherapy, mud therapy, massage, yoga, diet therapy, and other natural healing techniques.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Fundamentals of Naturopathy and Wellness: Principles and philosophy of naturopathy, History and evolution of natural healing systems, Five elements theory (Pancha Mahabhutas), Vital force and self-healing concept, Scope and role of a naturopathy assistant, Ethics and professional conduct in naturopathy.
Module 2: Human Anatomy and Physiology Basics: Introduction to human body systems, Structure and functions of major organs, Basics of digestion, circulation, respiration and excretion, Common disorders and naturopathic approach, Importance of homeostasis and immunity, Observation skills and vital sign monitoring.
Module 3: Hydrotherapy and Mud Therapy Techniques: Principles of hydrotherapy and therapeutic effects, Types of hydrotherapy treatments (sitz bath, spinal spray, etc.), Use and preparation of mud packs, Full and partial mud applications, Safety precautions and contraindications, Client preparation and post-therapy care.
Module 4: Diet Therapy and Fasting Science: Concept of naturopathic nutrition and food classification, Raw food, juice therapy and elimination diet, Therapeutic fasting – types and procedures, Role of diet in disease prevention and healing, Meal planning and diet chart preparation, Assisting in kitchen and diet department.
Module 5: Yoga, Massage and Physical Therapies: Introduction to therapeutic yoga and its benefits, Basic asanas, pranayama and relaxation techniques, Principles and techniques of naturopathic massage, Reflexology and acupressure basics, Physical therapy aids – packs, compresses, fomentation, Supervision and client assistance during sessions.
Module 6: Hygiene, Record Keeping and Clinical Support: Personal hygiene and workplace sanitation, Assisting in outpatient and inpatient naturopathy settings, Record keeping and client data documentation, Assisting during diagnosis and treatment sessions, Communicating with clients and reporting observations, First aid and basic emergency response skills.
