Eligibility: 10th Grade (High School) or equivalent is required.
Objective:The course aims to build foundational knowledge of key MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, enabling students to create documents, manage data, and deliver presentations effectively. It also introduces basic internet concepts, including browsing, email communication, online safety, and cloud-based tools, to enhance digital literacy and workplace readiness.
Duration: Three Months.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Computer Fundamentals: Introduction to computer hardware and software, Understanding operating systems (Windows basics), Input and output devices, File and folder management, Storage devices and cloud storage, Computer booting and shutdown procedures, Introduction to desktop and control panel, System settings and customization, Basic troubleshooting and maintenance, Importance of antivirus and system security.
Module 2: MS Word – Document Processing: Creating, saving and opening Word documents, Typing and editing text, Formatting text – font, size, color, styles, Page setup – margins, orientation, size, Working with tables, bullets and numbering, Inserting images, shapes and symbols, Header, footer and page numbering, Spell check and grammar tools, Printing and print preview, Document templates and shortcuts.
Module 3: MS Excel – Data Handling: Introduction to spreadsheets and workbook management, Entering and formatting data, Basic formulas and functions (SUM, AVERAGE, etc.), Sorting and filtering data, Creating tables and charts, Cell referencing and formatting techniques, Data validation and protection, Introduction to pivot tables, Page layout and printing, Real-life data entry exercises.
Module 4: MS PowerPoint – Presentation Skills: Creating and saving a presentation, Adding and organizing slides, Inserting text, images and charts, Slide design and layout options, Animations and transitions, Slide show view and rehearse timing, Using templates and themes, Adding audio and video to slides, Printing slides and handouts, Tips for effective presentations.
Module 5: Internet and Email Basics: Introduction to the internet and its uses, Web browsers and search engines, Browsing websites and downloading files, Introduction to email and its components, Creating and managing an email account, Sending, receiving and replying to emails, Attaching files and email etiquette, Understanding CC, BCC and spam mails, Safety tips for online browsing, Introduction to social media and digital communication.
