Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective:This course aims to equip learners with comprehensive skills in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis, alongside efficient data entry techniques. Topics include spreadsheet creation, formulas and functions, data sorting and filtering, chart generation, and accurate input of data.
Duration: Three Months.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Data Entry and Excel Interface: Basics of data entry and its importance, Overview of spreadsheet software, Starting MS Excel and exploring the interface, Understanding rows, columns, cells, and ranges, Creating, saving, and opening workbooks, Data types and cell formatting, Basic data entry techniques, Using undo, redo, and auto-fill, Customizing the Excel workspace, File management and worksheet navigation.
Module 2: Basic Excel Functions and Formulas: Understanding formula structure in Excel, Using basic arithmetic operations (+, –, *, /), SUM, AVERAGE, MAX, MIN functions, Count and counta functions, Cell referencing – relative and absolute, Copying formulas with autofill, Introduction to logical functions (IF), Text functions – LEFT, RIGHT, CONCATENATE, Using date and time functions, Error checking and formula troubleshooting.
Module 3: Formatting and Data Management: Formatting cells – font, color, number, alignment, Conditional formatting basics, Inserting and deleting rows/columns, Sorting and filtering data, Using find and replace, Data validation techniques, Creating and managing tables, Protecting cells and worksheets, Freezing panes and splitting windows, Page layout and print setup.
Module 4: Charts and Visualization: Introduction to charts and their types, Creating bar, line, and pie charts, Editing chart elements – title, legend, axis, Formatting chart styles and colors, Using sparklines for data trends, Inserting shapes and images, Data representation using conditional formatting, Chart layout customization, Saving and exporting charts, Practical use of charts in reports.
Module 5: Advanced Excel Tools for Data Entry: Using dropdown lists for easier input, Creating forms for structured data entry, Data import from external files (CSV, text), Using filters for focused data entry, Removing duplicates from data, Working with multiple sheets and linking data, Basic pivot table introduction, Keyboard shortcuts for fast data entry, Using freeze panes for large data, Backup and recovery of Excel files.
