Course Id: CMFS/Q0001.
Eligibility: 10th (High School) or Equivalent.
Objective: The objective of the Certified Metal Fabrication Specialist course is to equip participants with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to fabricate metal parts and structures using various tools and processes. The course covers blueprint reading, material selection, measuring and marking, cutting, bending, welding, drilling, and finishing techniques.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 2: Tools, Equipment, and Machinery: Hand tools used in metal fabrication, Power tools and machine tools (grinders, drills, shears), Cutting equipment (oxy-fuel, plasma, laser), Bending and forming machines (press brakes, rollers), Welding and joining equipment, Maintenance and safety of tools and machines.
Module 3: Cutting and Shaping Techniques: Measuring and marking out materials accurately, Manual and machine cutting methods, Thermal cutting techniques and parameters, Shearing and punching processes, Grinding and finishing edges, Material handling and preparation for welding or assembly.
Module 4: Welding and Joining Processes: Overview of welding methods (MIG, TIG, SMAW), Welding symbols and joint types, Tack welding and full welds, Bolting and riveting techniques, Weld preparation and finishing, Inspection of welded joints.
Module 5: Assembly and Installation: Fitting and aligning components, Clamping, jigs, and fixtures for assembly, Tack welds and pre-assembly checks, Fastening and securing components, Structural and architectural metal assembly, On-site installation procedures.
