Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Manufacturing Safety Specialist course is designed to provide comprehensive training on health and safety practices tailored to manufacturing operations. The course covers hazard identification, machine safety, ergonomics, electrical and fire safety, chemical handling, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). It also emphasizes risk assessment, safety audits, root cause analysis, incident investigation, and the development of safety management systems aligned with standards like OSHA, ISO 45001, and NFPA.
Duration: Three Month.
 How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
 Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
 Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
 Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
 Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
 Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
 Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
 Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
 Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
 Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Manufacturing Safety:Overview of manufacturing industry and safety importance, Roles and responsibilities of a manufacturing safety specialist, Key safety regulations and standards (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI), Types of manufacturing hazards (mechanical, chemical, ergonomic), Safety culture and leadership in manufacturing, Basic manufacturing processes and terminology.
Module 2: Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Common hazards in manufacturing environments, Risk assessment methods and tools, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Analysis, Machine guarding and lockout/tagout procedures, Chemical hazard identification and control, Worker participation in hazard recognition.
Module 3: Machine and Equipment Safety: Safe operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery, Machine guarding principles and practices, Preventive maintenance and inspections, Lockout/tagout program implementation, Training and competency for machine operators, Incident investigation related to machinery.
Module 4: Chemical and Fire Safety: Safe handling and storage of hazardous chemicals, Understanding Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Spill response and containment procedures, Fire prevention strategies in manufacturing, Fire detection and suppression systems, Emergency evacuation planning and drills.
