Information Retrieval and Resource Management:  Information retrieval systems and techniques, Database management, Digital library resources and services, Managing print and digital collections, Reference services and information searching.

Library Automation and Technology: Use of library management software (ILS systems), Automation of library services, Online catalogs and digital libraries, Role of technology in modern libraries, e-Resources management.

Reference and Information Services: Reference work: theory and practice, Tools for providing reference services (online databases, archives, etc.), Reader’s advisory services, Information literacy and instruction.
