Objective: The Certified ISO Lead Auditor (IMS – Integrated Management Systems) course is designed to develop the competencies required to lead and perform audits of Integrated Management Systems that combine multiple ISO standards. The primary objective is to equip learners with a strong understanding of ISO auditing principles, risk-based thinking, process approach, and compliance verification to ensure organizational effectiveness and continual improvement.

Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Integrated Management Systems (IMS): Overview of ISO standards and management systems, Concept and benefits of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Principles of quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management, Common structure and Annex SL framework, Roles and responsibilities of a lead auditor, Key definitions and terminology.
Module 2: ISO Standard Requirements and Interpretation: Clause-wise understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), Clause-wise understanding of ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), Clause-wise understanding of ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System), Integration of common clauses across standards, Legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, Risk-based thinking and continual improvement approach.
Module 3: Audit Planning and Preparation: Types of audits (first-party, second-party, third-party), Establishing audit objectives, scope, and criteria, Developing audit plans and checklists, Document review and understanding organizational context, Resource allocation and team responsibilities, Communication with auditee and opening meetings.
Module 4: Conducting the Audit and Evidence Collection: Audit techniques and methods (interviews, observations, document review), Gathering objective evidence and sampling, Audit trail and traceability, Handling difficult situations during audit, Use of process approach in auditing, Recording findings and maintaining confidentiality.
Module 5: Reporting and Follow-Up Activities: Classification of audit findings (major, minor, observations), Writing nonconformity statements and audit reports, Conducting closing meetings and communicating results, Corrective action request (CAR) process, Audit follow-up and verification, Maintaining audit records and continual improvement tracking.
