Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools required to audit Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems against ISO 45001:2018 requirements. The course covers the structure and clauses of ISO 45001, auditing principles, audit planning, checklist development, conducting opening and closing meetings, evidence collection, nonconformity reporting, and audit follow-up.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to ISO 45001 and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHSMS): Overview of ISO 45001:2018 standard and its structure, Key principles and benefits of an OHSMS, Terminologies and definitions related to ISO 45001, Differences between OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001, Role of a Lead Auditor in ensuring OHSMS compliance, Integration of ISO 45001 with other ISO management systems.
Module 2: ISO 45001 Requirements and Interpretation: Context of the organization and interested parties, Leadership, worker participation, and OH&S policy, Planning: hazard identification, risk and opportunity assessment, Objectives, compliance obligations, and operational planning, Performance evaluation, monitoring, and internal audit requirements, Management review, continual improvement, and nonconformity handling.
Module 3: Auditing Principles and Techniques: Fundamentals of auditing as per ISO 19011:2018, Types of audits: first-party, second-party, third-party, Auditor roles, responsibilities, and code of ethics, Planning and preparing for audits using risk-based thinking, Developing audit checklists and audit plans, Communication techniques and evidence-based auditing.
Module 4: Conducting the ISO 45001 Audit: Opening meeting and explaining the audit process, On-site audit activities: interviews, observations, and document review, Sampling techniques and audit trails, Identifying nonconformities, observations, and positive practices, Handling conflicts, unexpected situations, and cultural sensitivity, Conducting closing meetings and presenting preliminary findings.
Module 5: Audit Reporting and Corrective Action Process: Documenting audit findings and nonconformities clearly, Writing audit reports in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 19011, Classifying nonconformities: major, minor, observations, Recommending corrective actions and verifying effectiveness, Follow-up and closure of audit findings, Maintaining audit records and confidentiality.
