Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified ISO 45001 Internal Auditor course is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and auditing skills needed to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of an organization’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The course covers ISO 45001:2018 structure and clauses, internal audit principles, audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up actions.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to ISO 45001 and Occupational Health & Safety Concepts: Understanding the purpose and scope of ISO 45001:2018, Importance of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS), Key terms and definitions used in ISO 45001, Benefits of implementing ISO 45001 in organizations, Role and significance of an internal auditor in OHSMS, Structure and clauses of the ISO 45001 standard.
Module 2: Detailed Interpretation of ISO 45001 Requirements: Context of the organization and needs of interested parties, Leadership, roles, responsibilities, and worker participation, Planning: risk and opportunity assessment, objectives, compliance obligations, Support and operation: resources, communication, and emergency preparedness, Performance evaluation and internal audit requirements, Improvement: nonconformity, corrective action, and continual improvement.
Module 3: Auditing Principles and ISO 19011 Guidelines: Fundamentals of management system auditing, Types of audits: internal, supplier, and compliance audits, Audit principles: integrity, fair presentation, due professional care, Auditor responsibilities, ethics, and confidentiality, Introduction to ISO 19011:2018 – auditing guidelines, Risk-based thinking and process approach in auditing.
Module 4: Internal Audit Planning and Preparation: Establishing audit objectives, scope, and criteria, Preparing an internal audit schedule and audit plan, Developing audit checklists and questionnaires, Reviewing documentation and selecting audit methods, Communicating with auditees and preparing audit resources, Identifying key processes and areas of audit focus.
Module 5: Conducting the Internal Audit and Recording Findings; Opening meeting and introducing audit process to auditees, Gathering audit evidence through observation, interviews, and records, Identifying and recording conformities and nonconformities, Documenting findings using objective evidence, Providing constructive feedback to process owners, Conducting closing meetings and discussing audit results.
Module 6: Audit Reporting, Follow-Up, and Continual Improvement: Writing clear and concise internal audit reports, Classifying and reporting nonconformities: major, minor, observations, Recommending corrective actions and tracking implementation, Verifying effectiveness of corrective actions, Recording audit results for management review, Using audit outcomes to drive continual improvement in OHSMS.
