Objective: The Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to implement and manage a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) based on the ISO 22301:2019 standard. This course enables participants to understand the principles and practices of business continuity, including risk assessment, business impact analysis (BIA), continuity strategies, recovery planning, and crisis communication.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to ISO 22301 and Business Continuity Management: Overview of ISO 22301 standard and scope, Key concepts and principles of business continuity, Relationship with other standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 31000), Benefits and importance of BCMS, Terminology and definitions in ISO 22301, Understanding organizational context and interested parties.
Module 2: Initiating the BCMS Implementation: Determining the scope of BCMS, Leadership and commitment in BCM, Establishing the BCMS policy and objectives, Assigning roles and responsibilities, Identifying legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, Resource planning and team formation.
Module 3: Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment: Conducting a Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Identifying critical activities and dependencies, Performing risk assessment for business continuity threats, Determining Maximum Acceptable Outage (MAO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Establishing risk treatment and mitigation strategies, Documenting BIA and risk results.
