Objective: The Certificate in Inventory and Warehouse Management course is designed for supply chain professionals, warehouse supervisors, logistics staff, and business owners. How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Inventory and Warehouse Management: Definition and objectives of inventory management, Types of inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), Importance of warehouse management in supply chain, Role of inventory in logistics, Key terminologies used in warehousing, Functions of a warehouse, Types of warehouses (public, private, bonded, smart), Basic principles of material handling, Challenges in inventory control, Scope and career opportunities.
Module 2: Inventory Control and Techniques: Inventory classification (ABC, VED, HML analysis), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder level and safety stock, Stock rotation methods (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO), Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory system, Inventory turnover ratio, Stock audit and verification, Periodic vs. perpetual inventory systems, Inventory shrinkage and loss prevention, Inventory documentation and reporting.
Module 3: Warehouse Operations and Layout: Warehouse design and layout planning, Receiving and inspection process, Storage systems and methods, Picking and packing techniques, Dispatch and shipment process, Use of barcoding and labeling, Space utilization and slotting, Cross-docking and consolidation, Housekeeping and hygiene in warehouse, Standard operating procedures (SOPs).
