Technology and Automation in Taxation: GST Software and Online Filing Tools, Digital Payments and Taxation Compliance, Role of Artificial Intelligence in Tax Management, Blockchain and Taxation Transparency.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) Framework: Concept and Structure of GST, GST Council and Its Role, Types of GST (CGST, SGST, IGST, UGST), GST Registration and Compliance, GST Rates and Tax Slabs, GST Returns and Compliance: Types of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.), Filing Process and Deadlines, Input Tax Credit (ITC) Mechanism, GST Audit and Assessment, E-Invoicing and GST Network (GSTN), GST Valuation and Tax Calculation: Time, Place, and Value of Supply, Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), Tax Invoice, Debit Note, and Credit Note, Composite and Mixed Supply, Exemptions and Zero-Rated Supplies.
