Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent is required.
Objective: This course is designed to prepare students for entry-level roles in the hospitality industry by covering key areas such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and customer interaction. It emphasizes the development of service standards, communication abilities, teamwork, and basic operational procedures essential for smooth hotel functioning.
Duration: Three Months.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Hotel Industry: Overview of the hospitality industry, Classification of hotels, Departments and their functions, Types of hotel rooms, Organizational structure of a hotel, Duties and responsibilities of hotel staff, Guest cycle stages, Key terminologies, Hotel software basics, Importance of guest satisfaction.
Module 2: Front Office Operations: Reservation process, Check-in and check-out procedures, Guest registration and billing, Handling guest queries and complaints, Room assignment techniques, Telephone etiquette, Coordination with housekeeping, Cashiering and transaction handling, Report preparation, Guest history records.
Module 3: Housekeeping Operations: Cleaning procedures and schedules, Room cleaning techniques, Linen and laundry operations, Public area maintenance, Use of cleaning tools and chemicals, Lost and found procedures, Key control system, Pest control, Housekeeping coordination with other departments, Inventory control in housekeeping.
Module 4: Food & Beverage Operations: Types of food services, Table setup and service, Restaurant operations overview, Room service procedure, Beverage classification and service, Menu types and meal courses, Buffet and banquet service basics, Food safety and hygiene, Guest handling in F&B, Communication within the F&B team.
